They will come to you protected and well packaged, but I am not responsible for any damages after delivery. If your ornament arrives broken, please message me with a picture of the damaged ornament and we will work out details of getting you a replacement. Your order will be considered complete after 3 days of delivery.
If you changed your mind about your order, you can request a cancellation or change of design within the first 8 hours.
