Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

You are responsible for supplying us with the correct shipping address. If we ship to the address you supplied and it was an error on your part then we are not responsible for this error. Shipping fees and/or the item will not be refunded. 

Please double check your address before checking out. If an order is sent back due to an incorrect address, you will be charged the total shipping fee to resend to the correct address. All items are shipped US First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground with delivery confirmation and a tracking #. The travel time is usually 2-5 business days once shipped.

If purchasing multiple items from the shop, we will do our best to ship together but they may ship separately.

Generally we can not expedite orders, please message us BEFORE you place your order if you need the item by a certain date. We will try out best to accommodate you.

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds for personalized and custom signs. However, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied. If there are any issues with your product, please message us within 7 business days of delivery. We would be more than happy to fix any mistakes.
We accept cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at brooklynrusitcs@gmail.com

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
  • One-Offs

Loss or Damage Policy

Brooklyn Rustics cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. 

First, please ensure that your order is being shipped to a secure address. If your package is showing as "delivered" but you don't have it, I cannot replace your item. Once it leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the post office to deliver your order.  You can give a call to USPS or UPS to confirm the location of your package, it may be likely be at a neighbors doorstep as well.  

 If you want to make sure that your item is insured, please upgrade to Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping.

Damaged Items 

All items ship via USPS & UPS. We are not responsible for damages during delivery. Sometimes accidents happen, and no matter how well an item is packaged, it can still show up broken or damaged. If your item was damaged, please take pictures and send them to us right away so we may begin the claim process.

Please be sure to notify me immediately, refunds/replacements will be processed on a case by case basis.
