1. ONE proof of your sign is available only on REQUEST, if you request a proof be aware this will delay your ship date by 1-2 days.
2. THIS SIGN IS FOR BUISNESS LOGOS THAT ARE ALREADY AN SVG OR HIGH RESOLUTION PDF FILE ONLY!
Canva logos can only be used when saved as PDF files in the highest resolution.

If you place an order and do not send over your logo within the first week of your purchase your order will be cancelled.Send all logos to brooklynrustics@gmail.com ONLY
LOGOS
Logos must be SIMPLISTIC, basic color, no watercolor, paintings can be included.
All logos are COPIED IDENTICALLY from your file that is sent to us.
Text is cut out of acrylic/plexiglass for a 3D effect.
Any fine lines/small letters will be engraved to match the rest of the text.
DESCRIPTION

Does not include any hanging hardware.
***I recommend command strips or 3M double sided tape to hand these signs. Screws and nails will crack this material. ****

Upon request, we will be glad to provide 1 proof* with each order. Any additional proofs will incur a fee.
* the proofing process may delay production time by 1 or 2 days.
A proof will be sent via Etsy messenger for review before final production, please make sure you are receiving notifications for Etsy, and/or checking your Etsy messages daily.
If proofs are not approved by you within 3 business days, we will assume that all information is correct and proceed into final production.

- If it arrives damaged, please provide clear pictures and we will immediately replace your order. Your order will be considered complete after 3 days of delivery.
- Mistakes happen! And if we made any, of any kind (color, size, spelling, etc) please contact us with pictures and we will replace it.
- If you changed your mind about your order, you can request a cancellation or change of design within the first 8 hours.
