**Calligraphy is designed by hand in my own, signature style of calligraphy.
Signs will ship within 3-4 weeks of ordering, but if you need a rush order just contact me before ordering.
ORDERING:
- To order your welcome sign, just put your first names and wedding date in the personalization box on this page, or in the "notes to seller" box when checking out.
Correct plural form for last names:
If your last name ends with “s, x, z, ch, sh”, then add an “es” at the end. [ "Jonas" --> "the Jonases" ]
If your last name ends with any other letter, just add an "s" . [ "Smith" --> "the Smiths" ]

We can't be held responsible for mistakes made by the customer, change of dates, etc.
PROOFS
Upon request, we will be glad to provide 1 proof* with each order.
* the proofing process may delay production time by 2 or 4 days.
A proof will be sent via Etsy messenger for review before final production, please make sure you are receiving notifications for Etsy, and/or checking your Etsy messages daily.
If proofs are not approved by you within 3 business days, we will assume that all information is correct and proceed into final production.
SHIPPING
We know this sign will be a very important part of your wedding. Please order with plenty of time to avoid late deliveries.
In most cases, our signs are delivered in 3-4 business days with standard shipping, but delays can happen sometimes and it's very important to allow a couple of extra days in case of any shipping issues. We are unable to refund orders with shipping delays.
SATISFACTION
We want you to love your sign and proudly display it on your special day and for years to come in your new home!
- If it arrives damaged, please provide clear pictures and we will immediately replace your order. Your order will be considered complete after 3 days of delivery.
- Mistakes happen! And if we made any, of any kind (color, size, spelling, etc) please contact us with pictures and we will replace it.
- If you changed your mind about your order, you can request a cancellation or change of design within the first 8 hours.
